Through the sharing of our speakers, lighten diverse aspect on how dance plays a pivotal role on community arts and building up a community with all-rounded members.

透過講者的經驗分享,從不同面向體現舞蹈在全人發展及社區藝術所扮演的重要角色。

“Body In Time” is presented by Unlock Dancing Plaza, targeting older adults, allowing their free expressions. Through applying the imagery of balloon’s inflation and deflation, this workshop will guide participants through the exploration of the body’s expansion and contraction.

「身體年輪」是不加鎖舞踊館其中一個為長者而設的項目,是次工作坊將會以「氣球」為素材,透過氣球膨脹與收縮的意象,引導身體伸張和收縮的獨特學習方法。

 "Do's and Dont's" for fostering a supportive environment in the dance studio, both from a student and teacher's perspective. Bullying what is it, and how it affects both the students' and teachers. Nurturing positive self-talk in teachers and students.

在舞室營造支持性的學習環境,分別從學生和老師的角度來看「Do’s」和「Don’ts」;了解欺凌以及它如何影響學生和老師;培養教師和學生積極的自我對話。

By upholding successful collaboration on dance for health workshop to the public, we hope to show social organization the potential possibilities of dance. 

集合一眾獨立藝術家與藝團,向公眾展示已舉辦及有潛力的舞動健康工作坊,誘發在社會各機構推行的可能性。

The Momentum - Wellness through Dance festival welcomes you to join our final Retreat “Earthing the Mind-body”, where we let go of distractions and dive into mindful movements and somatic exercises in nature. Let's reconnect with our inner rhythm and care for the heaviness stored in our bodies, setting off anew.

心感靈動」舞蹈祭邀請您參與我們最後的Retreat「躺平躍舞 - 讓身心接地氣  」,暫時放開雜念,一起透過正念舞動(Mindful movements)及身心動作探索(Somatic exercises),在大自然的懷抱中覺察身體內在的氣息,好好照顧儲藏在身體裏的思緒和重量,然後重新出發。

To raise awareness on dancers’ well-being and facilitate the development of Dance for Health programs, the Hong Kong Dance Alliance presents a series of workshops and sharing, providing platforms for dance practitioners and other professionals to exchange their experience and insights, co-creating a positive momentum in the community through dance. 

為進一步推動社會對舞者健康及舞動健康項目的關注與發展,香港舞蹈聯盟主辦了一系列工作坊與分享會,讓舞蹈從業員,跟社會各界擁有相同視野的專業人士與學者互相交流,拓展舞蹈專業的領域,並展望在未來攜手透過舞動造福社群,一同心感・靈動。

舞蹈對人們身體、情感與靈性發展,一直有着重要的角色。除了關注舞者在舞蹈訓練和職涯上的健康發展,近年,不少學者就創意舞蹈對病患及各種身心狀況,在治療與復康層面上作出研究與統計,探討舞蹈如何促進全人發展。為進一步推動社會對舞者健康及舞動健康項目的關注與發展,香港舞蹈聯盟主辦了一系列工作坊與分享會,讓舞蹈從業員,跟社會各界擁有相同視野的專業人士與學者互相交流,拓展舞蹈專業的領域,並展望在未來攜手透過舞動造福社群,一同心感・靈動。​​

Momentum – Wellness through Dance

Dance plays a prominent role on our physical, emotional and spiritual development. Along with the studies on dancers’ well-being across their training and career, there has been increasedresearches on the positive and therapeutic impacts of creative dance on our wellness and rehabilitation. To raise awareness on dancers’ well-being and facilitate the development of Dance for Health programs, the Hong Kong Dance Alliance presents a series of workshops and sharing, providing platforms for dance practitioners and other professionals to exchange their experience and insights, co-creating a positive momentum in the community through dance.
